Privacy Policy
CitedAsia is a brand of Flare Creations Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202543821C), Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What data do we collect?
- Form details: your name, email, business name, website, city, industry and anything you write in a message.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, company name and payment status, but not your full card number.
- Messages: emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.
- Basic site data: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security.
How do we use it?
To prepare the report or quote you asked for, to reply to you, to deliver services you buy, to send invoices and receipts, and to meet legal requirements. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Who do we share it with?
Only service providers we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Hostinger (website and email hosting) and the AI tools we test, where we enter your business name and public website (never your personal contact details). These providers may store data outside Singapore, under their own privacy protections.
How long do we keep it?
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the service and for accounting and legal requirements (usually 5 years).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@citedasia.com. We will reply within 30 days.
