Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy any CitedAsia service online or by written quote. CitedAsia is a brand of Flare Creations Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202543821C), a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”). By paying for a service, you (“the client”) agree to these terms.
1. Services
1.1 The services, deliverables and prices are as described on our pricing page at the time you buy, or in a written quote we send you.
1.2 GEO (generative engine optimisation) work aims to improve how AI tools understand and present your business. AI tools are run by third parties and change often. We do not guarantee that any AI tool will mention, rank or recommend your business, or any specific traffic, leads or sales.
1.3 We communicate in writing by email or WhatsApp. Phone or video calls are not part of any plan unless agreed in writing.
2. Payment
2.1 Prices are in US dollars unless a quote says otherwise. We are not registered for GST in Singapore, so no GST is charged.
2.2 The AI Visibility Audit is paid in full before we start. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month by automatic card payment through Stripe, starting on the day you subscribe.
2.3 If you start a monthly plan within 30 days of receiving an audit, the audit fee is credited against your first monthly payment.
2.4 Website projects are billed according to the written quote, either in full or in 2 parts.
3. Minimum term and cancellation
3.1 Monthly plans (GEO Starter and GEO Growth) have a minimum term of 3 months. By subscribing you agree to pay for at least 3 monthly periods.
3.2 After the minimum term, plans continue month to month. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@citedasia.com at least 30 days before your next billing date. Work and access continue until the end of the paid period.
3.3 If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining months of the minimum term are still payable.
4. Refunds
4.1 Because our work starts soon after payment, fees are non-refundable once work has started, except as set out below.
4.2 If you request a refund for an audit by email within 24 hours of payment and before we have started, we will refund it in full.
4.3 If we fail to deliver a paid service and do not fix this within 14 days of your written notice, we will refund the fees for the undelivered part.
5. Your responsibilities
5.1 You will give us the access and information we reasonably need (for example website, Google Business Profile and approvals) in good time. Delays on your side may delay delivery.
5.2 You confirm that information you give us is accurate, and that you have the rights to any materials you supply. We will publish facts, prices and claims about your business only after you approve them.
6. Ownership
6.1 Once paid for, content and reports we create specifically for you belong to you.
6.2 We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, tools and know-how.
6.3 Unless you tell us in writing that you object, we may name you as a client and publish your AI visibility results as a case study.
7. Liability
7.1 Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or business, or for changes made by AI tools, search engines or other third parties.
8. Privacy
We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012. See our privacy policy.
9. Changes and law
9.1 We may update these terms. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for until its next renewal after we notify you by email.
9.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
